Oklahoma City Insurance Law Attorney

Conveniently located in Oklahoma City, our insurance law attorneys at the Office of Joseph J. Reinke have been assisting Oklahoma families and individuals who have wrongfully been denied insurance claims or who have bad faith issues against an insurance company for more than three decades.

We have extensive experience dealing with complex insurance coverage issues, indemnity issues, multi-policy issues, and damages issues. We have spent more than 35 years dealing with insurance companies.

If you have an insurance coverage issue or believe your claim has been wrongfully denied, or that your insurance company may be acting in bad faith, then contact an experienced Oklahoma City insurance law attorney to discuss your case. We offer free consultations, so you have nothing to lose.

Bad Faith Actions

If you have been paying your insurance premiums, then you deserve to be compensated for a covered loss. The insurance companies make money by collecting premiums and limiting the amount they pay in claims. Many companies have attorneys, claims adjusters, or other employees whose main purpose is to find ways to deny claims or limit liability. In some cases, the denial of a claim is made in bad faith.

In those cases, the insurance company knows, or should know, that you are seeking compensation for a valid claim on a covered loss. In some cases the insurance company will deny the claim because they didn’t properly investigate it or because they hope you will accept their determination and quietly go away.

As experienced Oklahoma City insurance law attorneys, we are familiar with bad faith issues involving insurance companies. If an insurance company has unreasonably denied your claim, or if they are acting in bad faith, you may be entitled to your money and additional punitive damages. However, you may not have much luck without an experienced lawyer who is familiar with bad faith actions in your legal corner.
